Status	Code	Remark
WAIT_PAY	Pending payment	Still in valid payment time, still not paid or Partial paid.
PAY_SUCCESS	Payment completed	Paid in valid payment time
PAY_FAIL	Payment fail	Exceed payment time, payment not complete(Partical payment also consider as not complete)
